Role Summary

This hands-on role supports strategy, planning, and on-site execution for tentpole sponsorships and select experiential initiatives. You will coordinate with sponsorship property partners and agencies, manage timelines and deliverables, support VIP hospitality programs, and help define KPIs and reporting across activations. Periodic travel is expected (up to 25%).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategy and objectives for sponsorship activation.
• Support planning, development, and implementation of on-site experiences and VIP hospitality for tentpole sponsorships and select experiential efforts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute activations and hospitality programs that meet business goals.
• Manage day-to-day deliverables with sponsorship properties, agencies, and internal teams, including communication of key deadlines.
• Assist on-site at major events: vendor/agency management, property partner coordination, and real-time updates to internal stakeholders.
• Help define KPIs; synthesize metrics and opportunities via reports, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
• Share status updates and action items with internal and external partners; coordinate information sharing for event activations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sponsorships and experiential marketing.
• 5+ years of event planning experience within marketing.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Location: McLean, VA. Employment type: Part-time or Full-time. Travel: Periodic (up to 25%). Salaries reflect work performed in the listed locations; part-time pay is prorated.

• McLean, VA: $94,600 – $107,900 (Sr. Associate, Brand).
• Richmond, VA: $86,000 – $98,200 (Sr. Associate, Brand).

This role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives, plan dependent).
