Cache Ventures is recruiting a Growth Marketing Manager to support expansion for Emailable, a portfolio company. The team values experimentation, quick feedback loops, and asynchronous collaboration. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to translate insights into measurable growth across the entire customer journey.

Role Summary

Own the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives across paid, organic, lifecycle, and conversion-rate optimization. You will define KPIs, build experiments, and scale channels that deliver ROI. The mandate includes end-to-end ownership of the AARRR (Pirate Metrics) funnel—from acquisition and activation through retention, revenue, and referral—using a rigorous test-and-learn approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target markets, growth strategy, and KPIs aligned to business goals.
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (PPC/paid, SEO, content, email, landing pages).
• Design lead generation programs and nurture flows that convert qualified prospects.
• Own the acquisition funnel; improve conversion rates from visit to sign-up and activation.
• Drive retention and expansion via lifecycle marketing and upsell/cross-sell paths.
• Instrument analytics, monitor performance, and deliver actionable reporting and insights.
• Run structured A/B tests; prioritize experiments by impact, confidence, and effort.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success to align the end-to-end journey.
• Document learnings and playbooks to scale repeatable growth programs.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on SaaS growth marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of SaaS models, customer lifecycle, and AARRR/Pirate Metrics.
• Proficiency with performance channels (paid, SEO, content, email) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills; comfort with experimentation, testing, and attribution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solver who can operate independently in a remote, async environment.

Compensation And Location

• Base salary range: $65,135–$94,304 USD.
