Role Summary
You will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across search, social, and web to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and member engagement. The role spans SEO, SEM support, content and blog distribution, social media management, and performance analysis to guide ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow awareness and site traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize on-page content to improve search rankings.
- Support SEM and Google Ads initiatives with testing and performance tracking.
- Manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X to engage target audiences.
- Publish weekly or monthly blog updates for members on their membership status.
- Monitor trends and emerging tools in digital marketing and sports entertainment.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend optimizations to improve ROI and acquisition.
- Drive membership growth through targeted messaging and lifecycle communications.
Ideal Profile
- Proficient in SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research and reporting.
- Experience with Google Ads/AdWords, SEM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Skilled in social media management and content creation for multiple formats.
- Comfortable using WordPress for CMS updates and publishing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for web-related tasks.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action for performance marketing.
- Organized, able to manage multiple projects; B2B marketing experience is a plus.
Compensation And Location
- Contract, temporary; remote work.
- $20–$25 per hour (USD).
- Approximately 5 hours per week expected.
