Broadridge is hiring a remote Account Executive to drive inside sales for its Fi360 software suite supporting wealth and retirement organizations. This role focuses on building pipeline, engaging financial advisors, and advancing opportunities through structured outreach and disciplined CRM management.

Role Summary
As a remote Account Executive, you will develop and qualify leads, conduct high-volume outreach across phone, email, and social channels, and progress opportunities in a CRM. You will collaborate with sales leadership, tailor solution narratives to client needs, and support adoption of Fi360 products. Travel is limited and generally reserved for team learning, collaboration meetings, and select industry conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales pipeline management and reporting to drive predictable results.
- Generate and qualify new leads via phone, email, and social media; maintain disciplined follow-up cadence.
- Devise and run creative outbound campaigns to fuel growth and expand coverage of target accounts.
- Track all prospecting and sales activities in a CRM; maintain accurate, timely records and forecasts.
- Engage new prospects and existing clients to understand needs and map Fi360 solutions accordingly; answer product, pricing, availability, and credit-term questions with clarity and accuracy.
- Emphasize relevant product features based on client requirements and technical understanding of capabilities and limitations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms for sales or service agreements in alignment with policy and client value.
- Identify prospects through directories, LinkedIn, client referrals, professional organizations, and trade shows/conferences.
- Guide product selection based on client needs, specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share selling strategies and market insights; partner with sales management to refine processes.
- Meet or exceed annual quotas and KPIs; attend assigned industry conferences; perform additional duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven sales background with interest in technology and solution-based selling; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile; comfortable with high daily call volumes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building new relationships and expanding existing accounts; adept at overcoming objections and navigating gatekeepers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; effective verbally and in writing; collaborative and independent work styles.
- Proficiency with Office 365, digital tools, and CRM/process management best practices.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
This full-time, remote position is based in New York, NY. The stated salary range is $25–$27 (USD), with bonus and commission eligibility.
