Role Summary

As part of the Partner Marketing Team, you will lead marketing and promotional initiatives for Card and Distribution Partners, manage client communications, budgets, timelines, and vendors, and assess program performance through forecasting and reporting. The position reports to a Senior Director or Senior Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and marketing support to Strategic Relationship Management teams, including sales materials and planning sessions.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal and external clients; prioritize service and conflict resolution.
  • Identify and leverage marketing opportunities across existing and new distribution partners to drive product sales.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs for Card and Distribution Partners, from concept to launch.
  • Create sell-in documentation, messaging, and creative; build marketing plans, timelines, and communication strategies.
  • Manage budgets, accounting, and vendor partnerships for pricing and program execution.
  • Forecast, measure, and analyze campaigns; report results and optimization recommendations.
  • Maintain partner marketing calendars and consult on specific programs.
  • Use industry research on gift-giving, self-use, and rewards/incentives to inform programs.
  • Contribute ideas to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness; perform other duties as assigned.

Ideal Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5+ years in retail, digital, and/or ecommerce marketing.
  • 2–5 years supporting financial institutions, retail clients, sales, or account management.
  • Proven experience building launch strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Knowledge of prepaid products, incentives, and payments is a plus.
  • High initiative and sense of urgency; creativity and innovation.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong project management with ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Client-focused orientation and customer service mindset.
  • Passion for measurement; strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Allocadia and/or Workfront is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

  • Location: Remote anywhere in the United States except Alaska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Employees within 50 miles of a BHN office are considered hybrid and are expected in-office two days per week per office schedule.
  • Salary Range (U.S. residents, excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $69,830–$90,000 USD.
  • Salary Range (California residents): $86,520–$112,500 USD.
  • Pay depends on factors such as education, work experience, and certifications.
  • Benefits for full-time employees include 401(k) with employer match; medical, dental, and vision coverage; 12 paid holidays in 2025; sick pay accrual per state law; parental leave; life and disability insurance; accident and illness insurance; health and dependent care FSAs; wellness benefits; and flexible time off.
