Beyond, Inc is hiring a Senior Manager, Copy to lead the copywriting function across brand and performance channels. Based in Murray, UT, this full-time role oversees strategy, team leadership, and execution to ensure clear, consistent, and on-brand messaging that supports marketing and business goals.

Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Copy defines and scales Beyond’s copy strategy, leads a team of copywriters, and partners closely with marketing, design, product, and legal. You will establish tone and editorial systems, oversee multi-channel content, and use performance insights to optimize engagement and conversion while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of copywriters with clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Define copy strategy aligned to brand voice, campaign objectives, and marketing goals.
- Oversee copy for email, digital advertising, promotions, product marketing, social media, and editorial content.
- Establish tone-of-voice guidelines and ensure consistent application across communications.
- Build scalable editorial processes, templates, and review workflows for quality and efficiency.
- Partner with marketing, design, product, and legal to support campaign goals and compliance requirements.
- Review performance metrics and drive data-informed optimizations to improve clarity and conversion.
- Champion creative reviews and editorial QA to ensure outputs are polished and on-brand.
- Stay current on consumer trends, best practices, and emerging storytelling formats.
- Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
- 6+ years in copywriting, content strategy, or editorial leadership (marketing, e-commerce, or digital media preferred).
- Proven success managing and growing high-performing creative teams.
- Expertise in brand voice, storytelling, and persuasive short- and long-form marketing copy.
- Experience building editorial systems, style guides, and scalable content processes; excellent editing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and applying insights to refine messaging; Figma proficiency a plus.
- BA/BS in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Location: Murray, UT | Job Type: Full-time | Estimated Salary Range: $95,308–$128,498 USD. Benefits may vary by position, tenure, location, and election.
