Role Summary
As the Marketing Lead on the Growth Partner Team, you will create and implement partner-specific marketing strategies that leverage Best Buy Ads’ capabilities and high-value audiences. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, guide clients on solutions that meet their goals, and maintain a view of company and industry trends to inform new initiatives. This role also includes revenue forecasting, business planning, and clear communication of performance and opportunities to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain partner relationships to support long-term growth.
- Effectively communicate Best Buy Ads’ value proposition and inspire adoption of new product offerings.
- Evangelize Best Buy Ads’ capabilities and purpose to drive business results.
- Develop and deliver clear marketing strategies aligned to partner and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign objectives, provide client insights, and recommend strategies.
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and expenses; communicate updates to leadership.
- Monitor business trends and implement action plans to optimize performance.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of progressive experience in retail, media, marketing, or sales.
- Knowledge of digital media and online marketing technologies, including the competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to articulate value propositions, meet goals, and communicate effectively.
- Strength in cross-functional collaboration and client-facing strategy development.
Compensation, Benefits & Location
- Salary range (USD): $61,812–$110,058, depending on experience and other factors.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Location: Minneapolis, MN; hybrid with time at Best Buy’s corporate office in Richfield, MN and remote days (details provided during hiring).
