Belk is hiring a Manager, Digital Marketing to lead its Partner Marketing program across on-site, off-site, and print channels. Role Summary
Reporting into the digital marketing organization, this manager owns the strategy, execution, and optimization of the Belk Partner Marketing program. You will collaborate with merchant teams, media channel managers, and external vendors to develop campaigns, manage budgets, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) through testing and data analysis. The role also includes process improvement in partnership with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead account management, campaign planning and trafficking, and day-to-day operations for partner marketing efforts across digital and print.
- Own campaign structure, tactical direction, optimization, pacing, spend, and ROAS outcomes.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to brief and deliver creative assets that meet campaign objectives and timelines.
- Partner with media channel managers to activate across channels (e.g., social, display) and align with merchant promotions.
- Plan and forecast weekly spend; allocate monthly budgets to ROAS targets; manage invoicing and reconciliation on time.
- Analyze performance data to guide testing, improve efficiency, and drive sales while reducing costs.
- Deliver campaign recaps and monthly reporting for stakeholders and executives; advise on strategy and funding allocation.
- Collaborate with the Director on process improvements, change management, and tooling needs based on the competitive landscape.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable experience.
- 4–6 years building and optimizing digital marketing programs and budgets for a large-scale retailer (required).
- 1–3 years of leadership experience (required); 1–3 years with Adobe Analytics (preferred).
- Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills; ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience with social platforms (Meta, display, Pinterest, TikTok) and project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp).
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Location: Hybrid, Charlotte, NC. Salary range: USD $66,236–$92,426, depending on experience.
