Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cohesive, data-driven digital content strategy across channels.
- Plan and publish timely, brand-aligned posts for major social platforms.
- Produce end-to-end video content for marketing, events, and storytelling.
- Capture and edit photography to support communications and campaigns.
- Run paid social campaigns; track analytics and optimize for impact.
- Manage yearbook production, student staff, timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Mentor student photographers, videographers, and media teams.
- Collaborate on digital assets for events, fundraising, and enrollment initiatives.
- Maintain organized media archives, equipment, and brand consistency across platforms.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5+ years in digital content creation, social media management, or related field.
- Expertise with major social platforms, analytics tools, and content management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with iMovie and Canva.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills across formats.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and self-motivated; comfortable mentoring student creators.
- Commitment to BC High’s Jesuit, Catholic mission and values.
- Full-time, on-site availability in Boston, MA.
Compensation And Location
Salary range: $53,543–$66,305 USD. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA.
