Role Summary

The Senior Regional Marketing Manager (Engagement) designs and executes integrated programs that enhance the end-to-end customer experience. You will drive local-market ABM for C-suite audiences, run targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns with global teams, steward strategic customer communications, and cultivate a user community to enable knowledge-sharing and advocacy. Close collaboration with sales and peers across the region is essential for measurable impact on pipeline, retention, and executive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the local customer engagement strategy; build strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Partner with global performance and content teams on integrated cross-sell and upsell campaigns; optimize performance to influence pipeline and customer lifetime value.
  • Plan, organize, and promote local events aligned to market priorities and the regional marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with sales on personalized ABM programs for C-level executives in strategic accounts; measure outcomes and adjust tactics for optimal engagement.
  • Create and manage referral programs; track and report performance of referral initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic customer communications to ensure awareness of technology advancements and benefits with consistent messaging and branding across channels.
  • Establish and nurture a customer user community (online and offline); monitor and enhance community engagement and knowledge-sharing.
  • Align with market-level peers to coordinate awareness, demand generation for new logos, and engagement strategies for seamless execution.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years in marketing with a focus on customer engagement; customer-first approach to program planning.
  • Proven ABM execution (C-suite) and referral program management; strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and data clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated partnership with sales to achieve revenue goals; strong planning and cross-functional awareness of business impact.
  • Active listening, information gathering, cultural awareness, and empathy; able to gain acceptance for plans and budgets in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership and initiative; collaborative team player who can motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about marketing technology and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Deep understanding of customer signals across the buying process and the B2B sales cycle; experience building online customer communities is desirable.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $124,500–$207,700 USD. Final compensation varies based on work location, experience, skills, and relevant education/training. This is a full-time role based in Philadelphia, PA, with a hybrid schedule (in-office three days per week by default). If the role is open in multiple countries, benefits may vary by location.

  • U.S. benefits include flexible work hours, 20 days PTO rising to 25 with service, three paid volunteering days, primary and secondary parental leave, well-being support, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
