Role Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel programs that drive qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and revenue. You will work cross-functionally with content, product marketing, and sales to identify scalable opportunities, especially within Salesforce and DevOps buyer personas in mid-market and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who iterates quickly and is comfortable owning paid channels, nurture flows, and funnel conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead digital campaigns across paid and SEO channels to generate qualified leads.
- Manage multi-touch nurture programs to engage prospects throughout the buyer journey.
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition tactics tailored to Salesforce and DevOps audiences.
- Own and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, review platforms, retargeting) to improve CAC, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to lift conversion rates across the funnel.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM (including Salesforce) to track, attribute, and analyze campaign performance.
- Partner with SDRs and AEs to plan and execute ABM programs for priority industries and accounts.
- Provide campaign support that accelerates pipeline growth and shortens sales cycles.
- Develop dashboards and reporting on KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to iterate on campaigns and optimize budget allocation.
Ideal Profile
Experience
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or DevOps, focused on demand generation or growth.
- Hands-on ownership of paid media and web conversion paths.
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and technical buyer personas is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Responsible for adhering to internal controls and marketing governance.
- Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation And Location
