AT&T is hiring a Lead - Product Marketing to own 360° go-to-market for its Network Security portfolio and AT&T Dedicated Internet. Based in Dallas, TX, this full-time, in-office role (5 days per week) blends strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth in enterprise connectivity and security.

Role Summary

As Lead - Product Marketing, you will develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Network Security and AT&T Dedicated Internet—from concept to launch and optimization. You will align tightly with product roadmaps, translate insights into compelling value propositions, steward account-based marketing programs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 360° marketing execution for Network Security and AT&T Dedicated Internet.
  • Build data-informed GTM plans; align messaging, timing, and channel mix for impact.
  • Develop briefs and value propositions that connect business priorities to customer outcomes.
  • Partner with media, direct, advertising, online, social, and communications teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to stay aligned with solution priorities and roadmap.
  • Manage account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise decision-makers and influencers.
  • Leverage research and performance data to refine positioning and optimize campaigns continuously.
  • Act as connective tissue between product, marketing, and channel teams; present insights to leadership.
  • Elevate the brand through differentiated tactics in a competitive connectivity and security market.
  • Support product performance goals, including revenue, sales volume, and profitability.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in product marketing, ideally across cybersecurity, technology, or telecom.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and enterprise internet solutions.
  • Proven GTM strategy execution, ABM experience, and strength in research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong project management; ability to navigate large, complex organizations and agency partners.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM; knowledge of AT&T, Adobe Workfront, or agency experience is a plus.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

Salary range: $143,800–$215,800 USD annual. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Full-time; 40 hours per week; regular time type. This role is based in Dallas, TX, with a minimum in-office presence of 5 days per week; no relocation is offered.
