Role Summary

Reporting within the Innovations team, this leader advances strategic accounts while unlocking growth in mid-market segments. You will build and deepen relationships with key accounts (including national retailers and distributors such as Menards and US LBM), design pull-through strategies, and develop scalable frameworks that move relationships from transactional to transformational. The remit spans account planning, program development, KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategic relationships with high-priority accounts; align plans to mutual business goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities within key accounts.
  • Develop pull-through strategies to expand product adoption and drive market share gains.
  • Use share-of-wallet analysis and segmentation to uncover growth across mid-size accounts.
  • Build custom growth roadmaps to elevate underpenetrated accounts into strategic partnerships.
  • Design repeatable playbooks for cross-sell, upsell, and demand generation across account teams.
  • Create and optimize dealer programs (including ASCEND and other initiatives) to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze program performance; recommend enhancements to improve market share and profitability.
  • Streamline onboarding and member support; coordinate ongoing customer feedback to refine offerings.
  • Oversee lead generation, funnel monitoring, and close-rate improvements tied to program success metrics.
  • Manage marketing accruals and approvals for dealer-created promotions to ensure brand compliance.
  • Track KPIs for dealer programs and strategic accounts; deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner across Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and Sales to execute high-quality content and initiatives.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8–10 years in marketing, strategy, or sales; building materials or related industry experience preferred.
  • Proven success managing dealer programs and strategic accounts at scale.
  • Strategic leadership with the ability to balance long-term vision and daily execution.
  • Advanced analytical skills; comfortable translating data into insights and action plans.
  • Excellent communication; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with occasional heavier workloads.

Compensation And Location

Salary range: $82,793–$107,656 USD.

  • Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH; work primarily conducted at the office.
  • Travel: Some travel as needed, typically not more than 10%.
  • Environment: Fast-paced with periods of heavier workload.
  • Physical demands: Typical office activities (computer work, sitting, light lifting, phone).
