Role Summary
The Account Manager will own day-to-day client relationships and business performance for assigned accounts. You will coordinate internal resources, drive operational efficiency, and ensure deliverables meet high quality standards. The role is responsible for client satisfaction, financial management, and sustained organic growth while supporting senior leadership with new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and proactively develop medical affairs accounts to meet client and group objectives.
- Build strong client relationships and foster effective teamwork across project teams.
- Own overall client satisfaction and the financial performance of assigned business areas.
- Deliver operational efficiency and ensure high business standards on all engagements.
- Facilitate sustained organic growth and support senior leaders with new business efforts.
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets; monitor project financials to plan.
Ideal Profile
- 2–5+ years of healthcare communications experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluency with internal and client processes; ability to apply best practices across accounts.
- Confident in creating budgets and managing project financials.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable making sound, strategic judgments.
- Collaborative team player with energy, innovation, and enthusiasm.

Compensation And Location
