Role Summary
Arcoro seeks an experienced product marketing leader to define positioning, messaging, and lifecycle marketing across its B2B software portfolio. Initially an individual contributor, this leader will establish scalable processes and frameworks that support future team growth while driving GTM plans that resonate across the buyer journey and enable sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.
- Define positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate Arcoro’s platform in competitive markets.
- Lead competitive intelligence, including battle cards and win/loss analysis, to inform strategy and improve sales outcomes.
- Establish scalable product marketing processes, tools, and collaboration frameworks.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Drive customer and market research to deeply understand buyer personas, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes.
- Oversee sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, demo scripts, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials.
- Create compelling product marketing content across channels, including website copy, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Develop customer marketing programs that drive adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and cross-sell.
- Build advocacy through reference programs, case studies, and success stories.
- Partner with Customer Success on onboarding and retention campaigns to reduce churn and improve lifetime value.

- 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; construction technology or HR technology preferred.
- 2+ years of people management experience with readiness to scale into team leadership.
- Proven success building product marketing functions from the ground up.
- Track record of impactful product launches and go-to-market execution.
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex buyer journeys.
Compensation And Location
