This mid-level, individual contributor role turns strategy into execution—owning workflows, sales sequences, and lead nurturing to keep the top of the funnel full of quality prospects while ensuring clean data and precise targeting.

Role Summary
You will build and optimize marketing automation across HubSpot and ZoomInfo, orchestrate lead nurture programs, and partner closely with sales to ensure a seamless handoff. Success looks like clean CRM data, well-structured lifecycle stages and scoring, disciplined testing, and consistently improving conversion metrics across email, landing pages, and paid media audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows in HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
- Create automated email campaigns, landing pages, and nurture sequences.
- Develop sales sequences in HubSpot to automate outbound prospecting.
- Implement segmentation and lead scoring models to improve targeting.
- Build retargeting and lookalike audience lists for paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Oversee CRM hygiene and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Run A/B tests; analyze performance to lift opens, clicks, and conversions.
- Partner with sales for timely lead handoff and follow-up.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, processes, and integrations.
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years in marketing automation, demand generation, or sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and ZoomInfo.
- Proactive operator with clear communication and a testing mindset.
- Ability to build lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and sales sequences in HubSpot.
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms and audience list creation for campaigns.
- Process-minded, organized, and diligent about documentation and data integrity.
- Detail-oriented regarding compliance (permissions, opt-outs, sender authentication).
Compensation and Location
Job type: Full-time. Location: Omaha, NE, with flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid/on-site model. Pay range: USD $26–$36. You’ll have reliable, predictable hours with room to learn, experiment, and make measurable impact alongside sales and marketing partners.
