Role Summary

As part of the marketing team, you will support the development and implementation of channel-specific plans (e.g., financial advisors, institutions), coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and fine-tune tactics using performance insights. Success looks like consistent, compliant messaging, well-orchestrated programs, and measurable improvements in reach and relevance for priority strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Content Distribution

  • Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, web, social, and print.
  • Build and adapt marketing plans by channel and product priorities to align with sales goals.
  • Use data to segment audiences, track engagement metrics, and surface insights to refine targeting.
  • Monitor competitors and communication trends, translating findings into actionable adjustments.

Content Creation

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop collateral, thought leadership, and investor education for focus strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales to align content and timing to channel-specific needs.
  • Ensure messaging consistency within the brand framework and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide writing and editing support; thoughtfully repurpose assets across channels.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in financial services or asset management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the asset management industry and marketing strategy.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, ON24, Seismic) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Collaborative, data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

The expected salary range is $110,000–$130,000 USD, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, location, and business needs, and ranges may be modified.
