Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of Amtrak Guest Rewards aligned to company goals and customer expectations.
- Develop strategies to evolve program structure, roadmap, and benefits to strengthen the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor industry best practices in loyalty and apply relevant insights to enhance the program.
- Manage third-party vendors and partners; oversee budget, monthly forecasts, and invoice reconciliation.
- Lead performance reporting and foster a testing culture to understand offer and program performance nuances.
- Troubleshoot member issues and enhance benefit delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build and activate personalized acquisition and engagement offers for priority segments and service lines.
- Design omnichannel journeys that drive enrollment, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Represent the member voice and provide actionable recommendations across departments.
- Leverage measurement frameworks, insights, and research to identify growth opportunities and personalize experiences.
- Analyze weekly and monthly reports to track KPIs and inform optimization.
- Collaborate with digital technology and operations to define requirements and ensure a seamless, integrated experience.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to advance loyalty initiatives.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, brand marketing, loyalty marketing, or CRM.
- 7+ years of relevant experience preferred, with strength in loyalty metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to translate technical details clearly for business stakeholders; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills; proven experience driving strategic initiatives and managing change.
- Customer-centric mindset; self-starter who leads cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts and martech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
Compensation, Location, And Work Setup
- Base salary range: $113,200–$146,664 USD; pay varies based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement plan with match, paid time off, and additional programs noted in the posting.
- Location: Washington, DC; primarily onsite 4–5 days per week.
- Travel requirements: up to 25%.
- Relocation: not offered.
