Amtrak is hiring a Manager, Loyalty Program to lead day-to-day operations and growth of Amtrak Guest Rewards. This Washington, DC–based role focuses on optimizing program performance, deepening customer engagement, and partnering across teams to deliver a seamless, data-driven loyalty experience.

Role Summary

The Manager, Loyalty Program oversees the execution and continuous improvement of Amtrak Guest Rewards. The role drives customer engagement and lifetime value by developing strategy, managing vendors, guiding budgets, and advancing a robust testing and learning agenda. It is highly cross-functional, partnering with digital, operations, and analytics teams on program design, enrollment, activation, and reporting. This position reports to the Director, Loyalty Strategy and Operations.

  • Base salary range: $113,200–$146,664 USD; pay varies based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement plan with match, paid time off, and additional programs noted in the posting.
  • Location: Washington, DC; primarily onsite 4–5 days per week.
  • Travel requirements: up to 25%.
  • Relocation: not offered.
