Role Summary
The Growth Marketing Specialist will own demand generation and conversion across the leasing funnel in a fast-growing SFR environment. You will translate performance data into targeted actions that move prospective residents from search to signed lease efficiently and cost-effectively. The role suits marketers with 3–5 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience and a curiosity about real estate and single-family renter behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize the full leasing funnel (lead > tour > application > executed lease).
- Manage daily reporting and optimization for acquisition and lead nurturing across paid search, email/SMS, syndication partners/channels, and offline sources.
- Develop and run A/B tests on creative, CTAs, landing pages, and listing descriptions to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Partner with product and leasing teams to align campaigns with availability, seasonality, and market priorities.
- Improve cost per lead (CPL) and cost per lease (CPLx) while increasing overall marketing ROI.
- Own UTM tracking, CRM flows, and attribution reporting to maintain accurate lead source data.
- Use market-level insights to inform localized content and go-to-market decisions.
- Analyze performance data and distill insights for weekly and monthly reporting.
Ideal Profile
- 3–5 years of growth or performance marketing experience with measurable lift in leads and conversion.
- Fluency in funnel metrics and KPIs; ability to spot trends and act quickly.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable in Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and tools like Tableau.
- Collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to haves: SEO/GEO best practices for listings, copywriting/editing skills, experience with CMS tools (e.g., Strapi or WordPress), and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Compensation, Benefits, And Location
- Compensation Range: USD $94,403–$117,540; Full-time role based in Austin, TX.
