Role Summary
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own strategy, hands-on execution, and optimization of global programmatic media—especially Amazon DSP. You’ll lead audience development, creative testing, pacing, bidding, and reporting to reach B2C and B2B segments via CTV, audio, online video, native, and other formats. Collaboration is central: you will partner with creative, analytics, product, and agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to launches and promotional priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize full-funnel Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience strategy, creative testing, bid and pacing control, and reporting.
- Build and scale brand-focused programmatic initiatives (CTV, audio, OLV, native) for B2C and B2B segments.
- Develop integrated strategies with cross-functional stakeholders and agencies tied to launches and key promotions.
- Analyze and communicate performance insights using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and related analytics tools.
- Own campaign planning and calendars across seasonal moments and evergreen growth programs.
- Partner with creative teams to inform asset development and iterate messaging based on performance data.
- Test and learn new targeting strategies, inventory sources, and formats to reach high-value audiences efficiently.
- Strengthen data infrastructure for tracking, attribution, and automated performance reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns from concept to completion.
- Proven ability to manage and measure performance across multiple channels.
- Fluency with analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop and optimize marketing programs.
- Hands-on with paid media and owned channels (email, onsite, etc.).
- Experience using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or similar platforms to derive insights and build audiences.
Compensation And Location
Job type: Full-time. Location: Seattle, WA. The base pay range is $98,200–$179,600 USD, varying by market and job-related factors such as skills and experience.
