Role Summary
As Content Studio Leader, you will build and scale content strategies that power global demand programs. You’ll partner with Product Marketing (PMM), Integrated Marketing (IMM), and agency teams to design frameworks, plan content against Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs), and maximize asset reusability across channels and audiences. You’ll also establish measurement to evaluate performance and guide ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with PMM and IMM to translate campaign narratives into modular content strategies that scale across segments, industries, and funnel stages.
- Build content frameworks that enable efficient asset creation and maximize reusability across channels and audiences.
- Lead strategic planning for content programs aligned to Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) and broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with agency partners to ensure consistent quality and messaging across all deliverables.
- Guide the transformation of "hero" assets into modular components for repurposing and personalization across channels.
- Develop measurement frameworks to track content performance and drive continuous optimization.
Ideal Profile
- 8+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience managing teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to drive direction and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working with time-tracking and resource management tools.
- Proficiency with budgeting and scheduling software.
- Strength in translating complex technical topics into clear, customer-ready content.
- Commitment to inclusive, collaborative practices and continuous improvement.
Team And Scope
The Marketing Content Studio sits within the Integrated Demand Center (IDC), which designs and delivers globally scalable demand campaigns tied to AWS’s top priorities. The Studio develops core campaign content and supports broader marketing needs, bringing together video, copywriting, UX, and design to increase impact and reuse across channels and audiences.
Compensation And Location
Location: New York, NY. Job type: Full-time. Base pay range: $147,700–$244,200 USD, reflecting cost of labor across U.S. markets and varying by location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be offered, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
