Role Summary

Reporting as a senior marketing leader, the Director will define and scale a global digital media strategy spanning programmatic, paid media, ABM, and search. You will partner with product marketing, sales, and regional teams to build full-funnel programs that resonate with enterprise decision-makers, accelerate pipeline, and showcase Alteryx’s category leadership. The role includes building and mentoring a high-performing team and influencing broader marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the global digital strategy with emphasis on programmatic, paid media, and search.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution—from audience strategy to optimization and reporting.
  • Drive pipeline growth and ROI using analytics, attribution, and testing frameworks.
  • Leverage advanced targeting and data platforms to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Experiment with emerging channels, tools, and formats to stay ahead of trends.
  • Align media initiatives with GTM priorities and enterprise messaging by segment and region.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a collaborative digital team with a learning mindset.
  • Influence global marketing strategy and position digital as a primary growth driver.

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS digital marketing with programmatic, ABM, and demand gen expertise.
  • Track record leading global, multichannel campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong command of analytics, attribution, and ad/marketing tech (DSPs, DMPs, automation, CRM).
  • Inspiring leadership style and experience scaling distributed, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and levels.
  • Passion for innovation and staying current on digital trends and platforms.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location

Compensation in the United States ranges from $154,200 to $231,200 USD. Final pay will vary based on experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. Employees may also be eligible for a bonus or commission and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, and discounts).
