Aidin is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to build a full-funnel growth engine, strengthen brand positioning in care transitions, and partner cross-functionally to drive pipeline and revenue. This remote (US) leadership role suits an experienced B2B healthcare marketer who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

Role Summary
The Vice President of Marketing will own Aidin’s brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across channels. You will drive demand generation for enterprise healthcare sales motions, enable sales with compelling positioning and content, and align marketing initiatives with company objectives. This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and partners closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead marketing strategy, brand, and messaging; define KPIs aligned to business goals.
- Own demand generation and growth via multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, content, webinars, events).
- Develop product marketing and positioning; equip sales with playbooks, competitive intel, and ICP-aligned content.
- Build and optimize teams and tools; foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and accountability.
- Synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive trends to refine strategy and inform product.
- Partner with CGO, CEO, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistency across the buyer and customer lifecycle.
Ideal Profile
- 10+ years in marketing, including 3–5 years in leadership (VP/Director).
- Proven B2B experience in healthtech, care coordination, or SaaS.
- Comfort engaging health system C-suites and clinical leadership; payer and post-acute experience is a plus.
- Track record building marketing infrastructure and growing pipeline for enterprise sales teams.
- Strong demand gen, performance marketing, and sales-marketing alignment skills.
- Expertise with digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Strategic, data-driven, hands-on operator with strong communication skills.
- Passion for transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
Nice-To-Haves
- Value-based care, referral management, or transitions-of-care experience.
- Background in venture-backed or growth-stage startups.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing/sales tech stacks.
Compensation And Location
Location: Remote (US). Employment: Full-time.
- Salary range: USD $143,448–$188,210.
- Benefits: Comprehensive package, generous PTO, and 12 national holidays.
