Role Summary

Reporting to the SVP of Sales (subject to change), this role supports advertiser and agency demand initiatives and works closely with senior leadership. You’ll contribute to field enablement, sales collateral, market research, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to help scale measurement-driven media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and prepare materials for agency trainings, brand briefings, and media partner sessions.
  • Track and organize outreach across brands, agencies, and publisher/platform sales teams.
  • Support roadshows, roundtables, and co-marketing activations to drive field engagement.
  • Customize pitch decks, one-pagers, and training materials for agency, brand, and platform audiences.
  • Maintain an organized library of up-to-date sales enablement content and templates.
  • Document post-meeting follow-ups and ensure accurate CRM logging and hygiene.
  • Research agencies, brands, and media partners to prioritize outreach and opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders, recent campaign activity, and strategic fit with Affinity’s solutions.
  • Monitor campaign measurement activity across partners to track influence and volume impact.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics to route questions, feedback, and reporting needs.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–7 years in advertising, media, marketing, or sales support; agency, publisher, martech, or data provider experience a plus.
  • Interest in advertising strategy, measurement, and media partnerships; eagerness to learn alongside senior leadership.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Slides, Excel, and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents).
  • Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exposure to media planning or ad sales operations is helpful.
  • Familiarity with CTV, programmatic media, or brand measurement tools is a plus.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional GTM or partnerships teams.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

This is a full-time role based in New York, NY, with standard office hours of 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. EST. Compensation includes a competitive base plus commission, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Base salary range: $115,000–$125,000, plus commission eligibility.
  • Benefits begin the first of the month following your start date; generous company contribution for medical, dental, and vision.
