Senior Advanced Measurement Specialist — SiriusXM Media (New York, NY)

SiriusXM Media is hiring a Senior Advanced Measurement Specialist to strengthen its end-to-end advertising measurement and analytics capabilities. In this hybrid role, you’ll operationalize vendor workflows, enable internal teams, and translate complex performance data into actionable insights that support revenue. The work spans streaming audio, podcasts, video, display, and custom programs across one of North America’s largest digital audio ecosystems.

Role Summary

The Senior Advanced Measurement Specialist owns core attribution and advanced measurement workflows throughout the campaign lifecycle. You’ll enable client-facing teams, standardize processes and reporting, and partner with measurement vendors and internal ad tech to certify solutions. The ideal candidate pairs hands-on technical know-how (tagging, pixels, vendor integrations) with polished client communication, turning performance data into clear narratives that inform media decisions and prove impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end measurement operations for attribution and advanced analytics, including vendor workflows, documentation, and SLAs.
  • Train and enable Client Services and Measurement SMEs; create collateral and step-by-step guides for platform and vendor use.
  • Support Media Mix Modeling data feeds and integrations across third-party partners and first-party delivery solutions; assist with MTA, clean rooms, and attribution studies.
  • Troubleshoot tagging, pixel, and vendor issues; document discrepancies and drive proactive resolutions with vendor support teams and Ad Tech.
  • Develop standardized ROAS and cost-per reporting templates; deliver insights, case studies, wrap decks, and custom analyses for QBRs and client presentations.
  • Track vendor usage and impression volumes; support billing, budgeting, and contract workflows while maintaining measurement best practices and SLAs.
  • Partner with Sales on data-driven programs; build relationships with core and growth accounts; present findings and recommendations to agencies and brands.

Ideal Profile

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in digital analytics supporting ad sales and 3+ years conducting/analyzing online research; strong quantitative skills and storytelling from data.
  • Comfort working with agencies, brand analytics leaders, and vendor support; clear written and verbal communication; detail oriented.
  • Familiar with ad tag structure and pixel implementation; experience with attribution vendors (e.g., Claritas, Neustar, MagellanAI, Podscribe) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel; able to manage multiple studies, maintain benchmarks, and optimize campaigns across channels.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Client Services, Ad Tech, Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering; strategic and creative problem solver; legal right to work in the U.S.

Compensation And Location

Full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY. The expected base salary range is $76,500–$96,250 USD, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. SiriusXM evaluates compensation holistically and encourages all interested candidates to apply.
