Role Summary
In this role, you will develop and execute demand generation campaigns across email, digital, and marketing automation platforms; partner with cross-functional teams to enhance client engagement and retention; and lead planning and follow-through for select regional events. You will set clear objectives, track KPIs, and communicate business impact to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute customer acquisition programs via email, digital, and other channels to grow sales across the strategic product set.
- Develop and implement cross-sell and upsell campaigns for existing clients at key points in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify engagement and retention opportunities, applying data insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for select regional events to maximize impact and client experience.
- Partner across marketing to develop content and assets required for digital programs and integrated campaigns.
- Use marketing automation tools to track performance metrics and analyze results to optimize future initiatives.
Ideal Profile
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- Ability to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.
- Proven leadership running large projects or initiatives in a matrixed environment.
- Strength in collaborating with and managing expectations across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to define marketing objectives, execute integrated campaigns, and evaluate results against targets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent writing and general communications skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Eloqua, and/or other marketing and sales data management platforms.
- Preferred: prior event management experience and a track record of driving sponsorship results.
Compensation And Location
Location: New York, NY. Employment: Full-time. The base salary range for this role is USD $85,200–$173,100 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions.
