Role Summary

As a Digital Growth Manager, you will work within the Global Growth & Digital Sales organization to uncover growth levers such as free-to-paid conversion, add-ons, upsell, promotional strategy, and retention. You will analyze customer data, map journeys, and translate insights into experiments and programs that move core metrics. The role requires strong partnership with marketing, product, analytics, and commerce teams, plus disciplined planning and measurement to demonstrate impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess market and competitive dynamics to identify and size growth opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, product, analytics, and commerce to diagnose funnel performance across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Perform deep dives on customer segments to inform journey design, relevance, and incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Prioritize opportunities by segment, route-to-market, and journey stage; build testable business cases.
  • Develop end-to-end execution plans for pilots and scaled programs with clear owners and timelines.
  • Define success metrics and measurement frameworks; analyze results and recommend next steps.

Ideal Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program with graduation between December 2025 and June 2026.
  • Understanding of digital business models and experimentation to optimize customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business case development skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to excel in dynamic environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Clear communicator and effective collaborator across cross-functional, matrixed teams.
  • Experience with data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.

Location, Employment Type, and Compensation

Location: San Francisco, CA. Employment type: Full-time. The U.S. pay range for this role is $94,300–$179,300 annually, with pay varying by work location and job-related skills and experience. For sales roles, total target compensation includes base and commission; for non-sales roles, compensation typically includes base salary plus eligibility for an Annual Incentive Plan. Some roles may be eligible for new-hire equity.
