Acrisure LLC is hiring a full-time Account Manager to support commercial lines clients from its Rye Brook, NY office. This role focuses on end-to-end servicing, retention, and smooth renewals for a sizable book of business, partnering closely with an Associate AE and the CSR team to deliver timely, accurate support.

Role Summary

The Account Manager will manage all aspects of servicing a commercial book estimated at $3.5M–$4M in premium. Success in this role centers on proactive client communication, precise policy administration, and strong coordination with carriers and internal teams. You will use the Epic agency management system to track activities and deliverables, prepare renewals and proposals, and ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for client servicing needs.
• Process policies, endorsements, audits, binders, and certificates as needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate policy data in the client management system (Epic).
• Order loss runs and support re-marketing for competitive renewals.
• Use carrier websites to quote, re-market, and add lines of coverage.
• Coordinate with underwriters on audits, endorsements, and recommendations.
• Prepare renewal rating, applications, and client-ready proposals.
• Run MVRs, update driver lists, and expedite certificates when needed.
• Maintain organized files and follow through on pending items in Epic.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to drive retention.
• Participate in agency meetings and training/education sessions.

Ideal Profile

• Commercial lines servicing experience with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency with agency management systems; Epic experience is a plus.
• Comfort navigating carrier portals for quoting and re-marketing.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to documentation detail.
• Clear communicator with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation, Benefits, And Location

This is a full-time role based in Rye Brook, NY. The base compensation range is $65,000–$75,000 USD. Placement within the range depends on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
