Accelerated Digital Media (ADM) is hiring an Associate Creative Strategist to shape data-driven concepts across paid social, search, and programmatic. Role Summary
As an Associate Creative Strategist, you will translate client goals into testable creative strategies and assets that captivate and convert. You’ll partner closely with client services, guide testing roadmaps, and use performance data to iterate across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic.
- Develop channel-specific creative strategies for paid social, Google Ads, and programmatic aligned to business objectives and performance goals.
- Produce engaging content—graphics, short-form video, GIFs, copy, and interactive formats.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and messaging.
- Collaborate with client services to prioritize projects, execute testing plans, and ensure cohesive delivery across accounts.
- Analyze creative performance and translate insights into next-phase concepts and briefs.
- Build internal creative resources, templates, processes, and tooling (including AI where appropriate).
- Partner with clients to clarify goals, present strategy-driven concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and design, with an online portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and creative best practices.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools; solid storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Client-facing communication and presentation strengths; collaborative and independent working style.
- Ability to produce static images, GIFs, and light video content; experience with Meta and TikTok advertising.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Performance marketing experience with understanding of ROI, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and creative optimization techniques.
- Experience using creative AI tools to accelerate production and ideation.
- Background working with user-generated content (UGC).
- Strong video ad production across platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
Compensation, Benefits, and Location
Compensation range for this role is $70,000–$85,000 USD, with competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Role type: Remote; listed location: Chicago, IL. ADM fosters an open, supportive culture for a distributed team.
