Key Responsibilities

  • Apps and Integrations: Execute the optimization strategy for the mobile app; drive KPIs around installs, retention, engagement, and conversion; manage reporting; maintain the app ecosystem (e.g., TikTok Shop, Tapcart, Yotpo, Wishlist, Back in Stock, Tolstoy, Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Search & Discovery); schedule updates for reviews, polls, and social commerce tools; lead the feature roadmap with product/UX; partner with marketing and CRM on campaigns and retention.
  • Site Management and Customer Experience: Own homepage updates, merchandising adjustments, and overall site presentation; document all site changes with screenshots and data; optimize Shop the Look and Complete the Look to strengthen cross-sell and increase average order value.
  • Data and Analytics: Review site performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Triple Whale; monitor conversion rates across categories (including accessory and outfit bundles); track navigation performance and customer journey flow; own discount code setup, tracking, and auditing for accuracy and control.
  • Drops and Promotions: Manage end-to-end prep and execution for promotional sales and bi-weekly drops; tag products, build and merchandise collections, and configure navigation; track drop performance (imagery, UGC, reviews, sales) and re-merchandise in real time; coordinate with marketing/creative to deliver homepage, collection, and promotional banners; take actions on slow-moving items (UGC pushes, influencer requests, contests) and test product positioning, styling, and merchandising to improve sell-through.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced e-commerce or DTC fashion environment with hands-on site management and growth execution.
  • Deep technical expertise in Shopify Plus and third-party app integrations; proven work on mobile-first user experiences.
  • Direct experience managing and growing a brand mobile app (Tapcart or equivalent).
  • Experience operating within bi-weekly drop cadences and promotional sale schedules, including timed launches and collections.
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, and Excel; adept at translating data into clear actions and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects; comfortable multitasking, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Background in site merchandising and testing new features to innovate online and improve conversion and AOV.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and customer behavior across app and web experiences.
